Yes, the Sew-In RV Slide Tape # 37281365 uses 3/8" snap clips. The clip measures 1/2" by 1/2" outside edge to outside edge. This is a common question about this (and other) vent covers. None of the covers are tall enough for a vent lid to open 100%. However, most, including the Fan-Tastic # FVU1500WH, will open most of the way and allow 100% of air flow produced by the fan.

It sounds like you're looking for replacement brakes for your tandem axle trailer. The Axletek brakes that you've got are 12" electric brakes, so to replace those you'll want to use the # AKEBRK-7-SA, which are 12" x 2" self adjusting electric brakes that are sold as a pair (left and right). These are a great choice because they won't require any adjusting, so they're basically maintenance free. These do not come with brake mounting hardware so you'll also need # BRKH12.

In order to determine which replacement lead leg you need, you'll need to know the model of the landing gear on your trailer (we have no way of knowing what you have), and measure it's outer tube length.
For example, if you have a Venture, Lippert, or Stromberg Carlson landing gear with legs that measure 33-1/2 inches you can replace the leg with the Replacement Lead Leg for Stromberg Carlson Landing Gear # LG-177202.

The closest option we carry would be the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000069 or # Greystone RV Curved Electric Fireplace with Logs - 26" Wide # GR54FR.
